Organizational Project Management (OPM) is the execution of an organization's strategies through projects by combining portfolio, program, and project management systems.

The goal of OPM is to ensure that the organization is doing the right projects and that projects are doing the right things.

This advanced course covers the concepts, processes, and methods needed to ensure all projects and programs align with the organization’s development goals. OPM is a flexible framework that integrates all projects and programs to support the organization's development goals. The course fee is $150. Participants who complete the course successfully will receive a printed certificate mailed at no extra cost.
