This is an advanced course. The application of knowledge is a key success factor in learning. This course goes beyond the traditional project management course by first exposing participants to a series of typical problems that project managers face on a daily basis.

Participants will be introduced to a case study and will watch presentations describing the types of problems they need to solve. Participants are then asked to demonstrate their knowledge by making decisions and completing the project information on different project templates to demonstrate their understating of project management.

This approach reinforces the concepts and principles learned for effective project management. As a result, participants are more prepared to apply the concepts and methods of modern project management to real-life situations. Participants are graded through a compilation of forums and written exercises at the end of each week.

Students that successfully complete all course requirements will receive, via US Mail, a printed and signed Certificate of Completion. Fee information:

The course fee is $150, participants that complete the course successfully will receive a printed certificate mailed at no extra cost.
